I love soya pudding regardless from 老伴豆花 or from Jollybean, I love them all. It is really simple to make this at home with just a few ingredients. My hubby and the kiddos finished 8 bowls of this yummy delight in 2 hours. In this recipe, the soya bean milk is used is Nutrisoy - Reduced Sugar.

Homemade Soya Pudding

Makes 11 bowls

Group A

Water 1000 ml

Sugar 60 grams

Agar Agar Strip 10 grams

Group B

Soya milk 1000 ml

Evaporated milk 200 ml

Group C

Canned Longans

Steps:

1. Mix all the ingredients in A, bring to boil, stirring continuously to dissolve the agar agar strips.

2. Pour the ingredients in B, and stir. Be careful not to let it boil.

3. Turn off the flame, let the mixture cool, pour into containers.

4. When the pudding is set, add longan to the pudding.

It should set in an hour and be nice and cold in about 2 hours.
