My Reflections on Eczema

Recently, I developed a rather bad case of Eczema which came from an allergic reaction from a skin care product. From the perspective of mind and body, the body and the mind are interrelated. For this healing, I decided to begin from the inside - the mind.
In Master Ryoho Okawa's book - Healing Yourself, the cause of Atopic Dematitis was discussed:-
"When considering the causes of eczema, it is important to find out what is wrong with the person's mind that is finding symbolic expression on the skin's surface....
The skin separates the insides of the body from everything outside of it - it acts as a partition between the body and the world around it. Thus skin abnormalities would suggest discontinuities from the inside and the outside."
Though the allergic reaction was caused by the reaction to a skin care product, the fact that the reaction occurs could have indicated that there is some areas in my mind which needs to be reflected upon and corrected.
""inside and outside" refer of course to the "individual's awareness and soul", and "relationship with others"...."
This could be caused from a rejection of the outside world. It could be coming from myself or someone from my family or perhaps someone in the family who seek to avoid close relations with other people - some kind of allergic relations to others.
"Skin problems are a manifestation of some sort of difficulty in the relations with the outside world. That is why you must practice meditation and wish for harmonious relations with others. If it turns out that the cause does not lie with you, then put this mediation into practice as a family."
If I reflect on myself, I could think of possible causes for the disharmony in relationships with others. Another possible cause could be some recent issues with my father.
In my following posts, I will be sharing the progress of my healing of eczema.
